The course will cover: 


How to identify a Confined Space, what are they and what are the specified risks? Understanding risk assessment and safety precautions of the specified risks when working within confined spaces. An awareness of the procedures for entering a confined space and relevant equipment requirements. Including Gas Monitoring, Harness Types, access and breathing apparatus. Summative Assessment.

Who is this course for?


This course is for individuals who need to know how to work within confined spaces, but do not require entry into these environments, and for operatives who are within their three-year accreditation period, who want to be refreshed in the principles of understanding what makes a Confined Space and appropriate safety equipment.
